Iron Griz: American Bistro is a seasonal restaurant operated by ³Ô¹ÏÍø Campus Dining, open May through August at the UM Golf Course. The menu is shaped by Chef Hailey Palmer’s personal approach to American cuisine. Iron Griz features locally sourced food through ³Ô¹ÏÍø's Farm to College program and fresh produce from its on-site garden. Enjoy relaxed patio dining with mountain and golf course views.
