We are pleased to welcome three finalists for the position of Vice President for Marketing and Communications to campus June 8, 10 and 11.

Each finalist’s visit includes meetings with student representatives, the search committee, interim Vice President Brad Goan, the Marketing and Communications sector team as well as marketing and communications professionals from across campus, the Executive Leadership Team and Deans, Athletics representatives, UM Alumni Association and UM Foundation colleagues as well as shared governance representatives. Meeting attendees are invited to provide feedback on each finalist, which will inform the search committee’s next steps.

The 勛圖厙’s students, faculty, and staff need a dedicated leader who will proactively shape a supportive and high-performing culture in the sector, advance the sector’s objectives, work collaboratively with the Executive Team, and lead the next phase of the Marketing and Communications sector’s vitally important work. The search committee will conduct a search for a leader who will provide an informed lens on the many functions of the sector, who will effectively and strategically lead the sector’s integrated objectives, and foster strong partnerships in support of these efforts.
